Terms and conditions

These terms apply to qavirona.com and to travel services arranged by Qavirona Luxury Travel, a proprietorship of Ritiqa Santosh Parab registered under Udyam (UDYAM-MH-19-0473686), with its office at A Wing 501, Oceanic Tower, Sector 8, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India (“Qavirona”, “we”, “us”).

1. Our role

Qavirona acts as a travel agent. Flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, activities, insurance and other services are provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers and local operators), and their own terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate.

2. Requests and quotations

Searches and requests sent through this website are not bookings. Availability and prices are confirmed by us in writing. A booking is made only when you accept a written confirmation and the required payment has been received.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and depend on availability at the time of booking. Applicable government taxes (including GST and TCS on overseas tour packages, where they apply) are shown on your quotation. Airline fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.

4. Your responsibilities

Please ensure names match passports exactly, that passports have adequate validity and blank pages, and that you hold the visas, vaccinations and travel insurance your trip requires.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier’s rules and to our cancellation and refund policy.

6. Liability

We take care in selecting suppliers, but we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, government action or airline schedule changes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
