Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies to bookings arranged by Qavirona Luxury Travel, a proprietorship of Ritiqa Santosh Parab registered under Udyam (UDYAM-MH-19-0473686), with its office at A Wing 501, Oceanic Tower, Sector 8, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India (“Qavirona”, “we”, “us”).

Flights

Airline cancellation and change charges apply as per the fare rules shown on your quotation. Refunds are processed once the airline refunds us, to the original payment method. Non-refundable fares refund only the taxes the airline returns.

Hotels

Each hotel rate carries its own cancellation deadline, shown on your confirmation. Cancellations within the hotel’s penalty period, and no-shows, are charged as per the hotel’s policy.

Holiday packages

Package cancellation charges are set out on your package confirmation and reflect the combined supplier rules. Peak-season, festive and special-event dates may be non-refundable.

Visas, insurance and forex

Embassy and visa service fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted. Insurance cancellations follow the insurer’s free-look and cancellation terms. Forex transactions are final once executed.

Service fees

Any Qavirona service fee shown on your quotation is non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Write to qavirona@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram at +91 86556 05427. The time we receive your written request is the time used for calculating charges. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of the supplier refunding us.
