A human travel desk behind every search

When you search on Qavirona, a travel designer checks live availability with airlines, hotels and our trade partners, then sends you clear options in writing. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.

Who we book with

We book directly with hotels and cruise lines where we can, and through established Indian trade wholesalers for airline tickets and hotel rates. Airlines, hotels and other suppliers provide the travel services; we arrange and look after them for you.

How we choose what to recommend

We recommend hotels and experiences on fit — your dates, budget, who is travelling and what you enjoy. If we ever give a supplier preferential placement for commercial reasons, we will label it clearly.

How we are paid and our fees

Your quotation shows the total price, including applicable taxes, before you pay.
Our margin is included in the prices we quote. Any separate service fee (for example for visa assistance or a complex tailor-made itinerary) is shown as its own line on the quotation.
Payment gateway charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
We do not show “was” prices, countdown timers or “only X left” messages unless a supplier has confirmed them in writing.

Prices and availability

Fares and room rates change until they are ticketed or confirmed. Every quotation shows the date and time it was checked.
